Newspaper (since 1848) in German for the Iglau (Jihlava) region in Moravia with it’s 75 German speaking enclaves (old Bavarian dialect). Most important link between Germany and ist compatriots in Austria-Hungary. “Mahrisch” (Moravian), “Grenzbode” (Bordernews). First editions called “Sonntagsblatt” (Sunday Journal). Annex called “Igel-Land”. Until the end of WWII.
