• 1850: His marriage was legalized.
• 26-05-1857: His son Josef (Born: 20-09-1830) married a wealthy widow from Polné (Barboru Neumann, born Federovou). It brings a fortune in the family. Josef helps his father to expand his business.
• 1860 Kaliste: Simon Mahler moved from Kaliste to Havlickuv Brod.
• 1861 Havlickuv Brod: Simon Mahler opened at No. 41 a store which sells alcohol, food en small daily necessities.
