- Notes: An intermission followed the 1st movement. First performance in Amsterdam. The originally announced soloist, Adrienne von Kraus-Osborne (1873-1951), was indisposed and was first replaced by Pauline de Haan-Manifarges. When she too fell ill Hermine Kittel (1879-1948) of the Vienna State Opera (Hofoper, Wiener Staatsoper) was engaged.
